Compliance & QA Advisor
Location: Hoofddorp, NL Onshore with occasional offshore travel

Ben jij de ervaren (ISO 9001) auditor die onze kwaliteit en compliance naar een hoger niveau tilt? Voor ons QHSE-team in Hoofddorp zoeken we een specialist die onze offshore processen doorlicht, verbetert en toeziet op de complexe NL/UK-regelgeving.
Role Purpose / Summary
As a Compliance & QA Advisor, you will be part of the QHSE department and play a key role in implementing, verifying, and continuously improving corporate Quality Assurance across our offshore operations.
You will be responsible for conducting internal and external Quality Assurance audits (ideally as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor), ensuring compliance with Dutch and UK Offshore regulations, and maintaining the Petrodec Integrated Management System. You will also ensure that all findings and actions are properly recorded, tracked, and followed up in the relevant database.
Additionally, you will support both internal and external audits, monitor management system performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and actively drive the continuous improvement of our processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the company’s management system and supporting documentation
- Support 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audits and follow-up on corrective actions
- Ensure document control and compliance with filing standards
- Support incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Monitor and review KPIs and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and support management reviews
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
- Experience with audits and compliance processes
- Good understanding of UK and NL Offshore regulations and Integrated Management Systems
- Proficient in English (written & spoken)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred:
- Offshore industry experience
- ISO 9001 Lead auditor
